Who is the event for?

This event is for secondary school aged children, ie youth in school years 7-13 are very welcome!

However, youth MUST attend as part of a youth group, under the supervision of a Youth Leader. We are sadly unable to admit unaccompanied youth.

Youth Leader responsibility

Youth leaders are responsible for their youth throughout the event. Youth leaders must ensure there are sufficient adult volunteer leaders who are safely recruited to fulfil the required ratio, collect parental consent for the youth they are bringing, and supervise their youth during the event.

Safeguarding

Local churches attending the event are responsible for ensuring that their leaders adhere to their church’s Safeguarding Policy and are in possession of a valid DBS check. 

St Ebbe’s Church is located in Pennyfarthing Place, OX1 1QF, in the centre of Oxford.  Best access is by public transport: Oxford Train Station is 10 minutes walk, plenty of buses stop nearby and Park & Ride operates from many well signposted locations on the edge of the city.  No parking is available on site but paid parking can be found in the next door Westgate Shopping Centre (when spaces available).
